Refund policy

Returns & Cancellations
Merchandise must be returned in its original condition, and accompanied by its original tags and packaging. Original shipping fees are not refundable. The customer is responsible for any return shipping costs. Returns may take up to 5-7 days for processing once the package has been delivered. 

  • Contact me within 14 days of delivery. Send me an email with your order number. (iuilewatercolors@gmail.com)
  • Ship items back within 30 days of delivery.
  • Request a cancellation before the order has shipped.
  • Used items: A 20% restocking fee will be deducted, along with the initial shipping fee (if the order was originally shipped for free). The buyer is also responsible for return shipping costs.

For cancellations: Please note that a transaction fee (typically 3-5%) will be deducted from refunds.

Exchanges
I do not accept exchanges, but please feel free to contact me if you have any issues with your order.

Items Not Eligible for Return or Exchange
Due to the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I cannot accept returns for:

  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Final Sale items (Discontinued items)

Conditions of Return

  • Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer will be responsible for any loss in value(restocking fee).
