Item arrived quickly. I did expect a more flaky consistency and this is definitely not that. The 'flakes' are more tubular in consistency, so it was not what was portrayed in the photo, but in the end it worked for my project just not in the way I expected. Just be warned that these are not really flakes if that is what you are looking for to add to your handmade watercolors. They can be used on the top of watercolors and give the starry night effect still on paper. Yet, they do not spread on the hand like normal flakes do in a smeared way as they are in the advertising photo. They also do not 'melt' into the watercolor like normal flakes do. They aren't what I was looking for. Imagine tubular specks sitting on top of a half pan of watercolor. That's what you get with these 'flakes'.
