These are the best neon watercolors I've found and I've tried 4 different brands. They are bright and opaque and stand up just as well on black watercolor paper as on white. I really can't recommend them enough! They're heavy on the oranges and pinks, but you can mix an entire rainbow, as you can see in my picture.
